Each Cynthia’s Princess Purse® is custom made by hand. If you’ve never had an item made just for you, we hope that you will enjoy the process of selecting from among a number of custom options and trust that you will agree that it is worth the wait of 3-4 weeks for delivery.

To Place an Order or to Inquire about Custom Possibilities, you may do so either by telephone to 216-704-0101, by e-mail using the form at the bottom of the page, or by sending an e-mail directly to: order@cynthiascastletreasures.net . You will be contacted to discuss options and we have found that this personal communication can lead to more ideas than is possible to describe on a website.

Once you have made your selections, an invoice will be prepared for your review, which can be sent to you via your preference of

e-mail, fax or regular mail. To prepare your invoice, we will need your name, shipping address, phone number and e-mail address; if the Cynthia’s Princess Purse® is a gift, we will need the name and shipping address for the gift recipient. We will also establish your shipping preference as well as your payment preference. Credit cards are accepted through PayPal; Personal, business, bank checks and money orders may be sent to the following mailing address: Cynthia’s Castle Treasures 11470 Euclid Avenue #277 Cleveland OH 44106; All orders must be paid in advance and funds must clear before shipping.

We take pride in our work, so while there are no refunds on custom orders and all sales are final, we endeavor to meet or exceed your expectations.

A note on Rush Order Requests: Due to the nature of custom work (as well as the paucity of elves in the workshop!) it is not always possible to offer this service, however, if you have a time constraint, please do inquire and we can discuss options to accomodate your needs.
